Neosurf Casinos Australia 2026 – Pay With a Prepaid Voucher

What is Neosurf?

Neosurf is a prepaid payment voucher. You buy a voucher for a fixed amount, online or from a participating retailer, and receive a 10-character code. At the casino cashier you choose Neosurf, enter the code and the value is credited to your balance instantly. No bank account, card or personal banking details are shared with the casino. Neosurf is accepted across thousands of online merchants worldwide and has become one of the most popular deposit methods at casinos aimed at Australians.

For many players the biggest advantage is control: you can never spend more than the vouchers you have bought. That makes Neosurf one of the simplest budgeting tools in online gambling.

How to deposit at a Neosurf casino

1. Buy a Neosurf voucher

Purchase online through Neosurf's official site or an authorised reseller, or in store at a participating retailer. Only buy from official sources.

2. Open the casino cashier

Log in, choose Deposit and select Neosurf.

3. Enter the amount and your code

Type the voucher code exactly. You can often combine several vouchers, or use part of one and keep the rest.

4. Start playing

The deposit is credited immediately in AUD. Check the minimum, usually A$10 to A$20.

Neosurf casino withdrawals: how to get paid

Neosurf vouchers are deposit-only: you cannot withdraw back to a voucher. When you win, the casino will pay you with another method, usually one of these:

• PayID or bank transfer to your Australian account in your own name, the most common choice.
• MyNeosurf, Neosurf's own e-wallet, at the casinos that support it for payouts.
• Crypto such as Bitcoin or USDT, often the fastest option. See our crypto casinos guide.
• E-wallets such as MiFinity or Skrill, where available.

Because you deposited with a voucher, the casino has no bank details for you yet, so it will verify your identity and the account you are withdrawing to. Upload your ID early to avoid delays. Our fast withdrawal casinos page shows typical payout times by method.

Neosurf pros and cons for Australian players

Neosurf and casino bonuses

Most casinos accept Neosurf deposits for their welcome offer, but a few exclude prepaid methods from specific promotions, so read the terms before you deposit. At the casino at the top of this page, check the eligible payment methods listed in the A$10,800 + 250 free spins welcome terms before your first voucher deposit. How to read those terms is covered on our casino signup bonus page.

Neosurf vs PayID: which should you use?

Both are instant and popular in Australia, but they suit different players. PayID is best if you want to deposit and withdraw through your own bank with no fees. Neosurf is best if you want privacy and a hard spending cap. Many players use both: Neosurf to deposit, PayID or bank transfer to withdraw. Our PayID casinos Australia guide explains the bank-based option in full.

Staying safe with Neosurf

• Treat your voucher code like cash. Anyone with the code can spend it.
• Never buy vouchers to pay someone who contacted you. "Pay with vouchers" requests are a classic scam that Scamwatch warns about.
• Buy only from official sellers, and keep your receipt until the code is fully used.
• Use the budget advantage. Decide what you will spend for the week, buy that amount and stop there.

All the casinos in our ranking of the best pokies sites in Australia accept at least one prepaid or local option. For help with setting limits, see our responsible gambling page.
